Will my account work outside my country?
Your getflix account (including your subscription) is work in any country with no restrictions.
I am facing video playback issues. What do I do?
Close the getflix app on your device (or your web browser, if you’re watching on your computer). Restart your computer or connected device. Ensure that your device or web browser has the latest updates. For updates on the Chrome web browser, enter chrome://settings/help in the address bar to trigger an automatic check for updates. You can also click on the menu icon, click on Help, then click on About Google Chrome to check for updates. – ! – For updates on the Firefox web browser, click on the menu icon, then click on Help, then click on About Firefox, to trigger an update check. – ! – For updates on Fire Tablet devices, open the Settings menu, then select Device Options > System Updates > Updates: Check Now. – ! – Ensure that you’re not using the same account on multiple devices – you can only stream the same title to two devices at a time. Ensure that any external device is connected and your internet connect working perfectly. Pause other Internet activity – especially if other devices are using the network at the same time. Check your Internet connection. You may need to restart your connected device and/or router. If you’re able to connect to the Internet on other devices, update your connect device’s DNS settings. Please check with your device’s manufacturer for further details. Deactivate any VPN or proxy servers.
Can I play two or more videos on different devices from the same account?
Currently, we support a maximum of two concurrent streams at the same time from one account. you are not allowed to use your account on multiple devices. in this case, your account may be suspended or blocked permanently. or as per their subscription terms.
